ZS999 Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Eligibility to Use ZS999

To open an account and use the ZS999 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ZS999 does not knowingly permit players under 18 to register or play on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be the natural person registering the account — corporate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of third parties, and accounts controlled by agents are not permitted on ZS999.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law in a manner that would make your participation on ZS999 illegal.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee or contractor of ZS999 or any of ZS999's partner game providers, unless prior written approval has been obtained from ZS999 management.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with ZS999. Players who have self-excluded and attempt to re-register during their exclusion period will have any new accounts closed and balances frozen pending review.

2. Account Registration and Verification

When registering on ZS999, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in account termination.

ZS999 operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. Duplicate accounts identified through shared personal information, device identifiers, IP addresses, or payment method data will be merged or closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited and any winnings generated through duplicate accounts are void.

3. Deposits

ZS999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are received and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Deposits may only be made from payment methods registered in your own name. ZS999 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. If a deposit is received from a third-party payment source, ZS999 will reverse the deposit and may suspend the account pending investigation.

4. Withdrawals

ZS999 processes withdrawal requests for verified accounts within the following timeframes. Standard processing targets for verified accounts in good standing are under 30 minutes for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within two banking hours for IBFT transfers.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for all methods. There is no ZS999-imposed fee on standard withdrawals. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees — ZS999 has no control over third-party charges applied at the receiving end.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your own name that have been used to make at least one previous deposit on your ZS999 account.
• ZS999 may request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above Rs 50,000.
• Bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the portion of your ZS999 balance that consists of verified real-money deposits and settled withdrawable winnings may be withdrawn at any time.
• ZS999 reserves the right to delay withdrawals for up to five business days in cases where enhanced due diligence or fraud screening is triggered. In such cases, ZS999 will notify the player and provide a reason for the delay within 24 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ZS999 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, eligible game categories, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, and expiry dates. These specific terms supplement and are incorporated into these general Terms and Conditions.

Only one bonus promotion may be active on a ZS999 account at any one time unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash equivalent value until all stated wagering conditions are satisfied in full.

6. Betting and Game Rules

All bets placed on ZS999 are final once confirmed. A bet is confirmed when you receive a bet reference number or on-screen confirmation from the ZS999 system. ZS999 cannot cancel, void, or modify a confirmed bet at a player's request once the game round or event has commenced.

ZS999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds or with an incorrect game configuration caused by a technical error on the ZS999 platform. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's ZS999 wallet in full. ZS999 is not obligated to honour bets placed at incorrect odds where the error was obvious or should have been apparent to a reasonable player.

• The minimum bet on ZS999 varies by game and is displayed within each game's interface. General minimum bets are Rs 100 for crash games and Rs 200 for virtual sports and casino table games.
• Maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed before bet confirmation. Bets above the stated maximum for a single selection may be reduced to the maximum without prior notice.
• ZS999 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software and live dealer feeds from licensed providers for all games. Game outcomes are not influenced by ZS999 after the game begins.
• In the event of a game round being interrupted by a technical failure — server outage, loss of data connection during a live dealer game, crash game animation cut — ZS999's system will attempt to restore the round to its correct state. If the system is unable to do so, the round is voided and the stake returned. ZS999 is not liable for any consequential or expected winnings arising from an interrupted round.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ZS999 and constitute a material breach of these Terms and Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software that places bets or performs account actions without direct human input.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other players to guarantee a profit regardless of game outcome (arbitrage).
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or calculation errors in any ZS999 game for financial gain.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent activity, using payment methods that do not belong to you, or engaging in any form of money laundering through the ZS999 platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing ZS999 staff, support agents, or other players through any ZS999 communication channel.
• Creating or using a ZS999 account on behalf of a third party or operating any form of proxy betting service using ZS999.
• Accessing ZS999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law while misrepresenting your location using a VPN or similar tool.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

ZS999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 above.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC verification documents within a reasonable period after request.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months. In such cases, ZS999 will notify the player at the registered email or mobile number before applying any inactivity measures.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request through the responsible gaming tools in the ZS999 account dashboard.
• Legal requirement, regulatory direction, or court order requiring ZS999 to restrict or close the account.

Where a ZS999 account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is found, the remaining balance (after deduction of any non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their last used payment method.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZS999 platform — including but not limited to the ZS999 brand name, logo, domain, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ZS999 or its licensed content providers. No content from the ZS999 platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ZS999.

Game content — including game mechanics, audiovisual elements, and mathematics — is the property of the respective game providers. ZS999 licenses these games for player use but does not own the underlying intellectual property. Unauthorised scraping, cloning, or redistribution of game content from the ZS999 platform is prohibited.

10. Privacy and Data

ZS999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By creating a ZS999 account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ZS999 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. ZS999 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and fraud prevention services where necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

11. Responsible Gaming

ZS999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gaming-related harm among its players. ZS999 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available free of charge from every player account dashboard:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Session time reminders and automatic session time limits
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion for periods from 24 hours to 30 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion (minimum 6 months, extendable indefinitely)

Players who activate self-exclusion on ZS999 agree not to attempt to re-register or access the platform during their exclusion period. ZS999 takes reasonable steps to prevent excluded players from accessing the platform, but players must also take personal responsibility for not attempting to circumvent exclusion measures. 12. Limitation of Liability

ZS999 operates its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. ZS999's liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim, exclusive of any bonus funds.

ZS999 is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, anticipated savings, business opportunity, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the ZS999 platform.
• Losses arising from telecommunications failures, internet disruptions, or device malfunctions outside ZS999's control that affect a player's ability to place or withdraw bets.
• Actions of third-party game providers that affect game availability or outcome display, provided ZS999 has taken reasonable steps to ensure the provider's certification is current.
• Any loss resulting from a player's own breach of these Terms and Conditions or failure to maintain account security.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ZS999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ZS999 will notify players via the email address or mobile number registered on their account and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. The amended terms take effect immediately upon publication at zs999.world/terms-conditions.

Continued use of the ZS999 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using ZS999 and request closure of your account. Any balance remaining at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of closure.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ZS999's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute arising between a player and ZS999 that cannot be resolved through ZS999's standard support and escalation process will be referred to the competent authority under ZS999's operating licence.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, players are required to raise their concern with ZS999's customer support team in the first instance and allow ZS999 a minimum of 10 business days to investigate and respond. ZS999 will make every reasonable effort to resolve player disputes fairly and promptly.
